Can you work with my $500-$2,500 budget?
We can do full redesigns for bigger budgets but are also happy to work with smaller budgets (minimum of $1,000) to do room pick-me-ups or help you find some heavenly pieces from our brand partners, like Wayfair.
Can you do a custom interior design of a room if my home being built or not yet built?
We can’t design homes that yet built. It is extremely important to have the correct measurements and images of the room, and it is very hard for your designers to work their magic when those elements are unclear. We’d love to help you when your home is complete, though! Reach back out to us when your house is ready to add some soul.
What do your online interior design services include?
I’m glad you asked! Starting from $159, here is a list of things you get when you choose Collov to design your home:

Do I have to buy the items in my proposal?
You are under no obligation to purchase the items in your design proposal, but something to note that items may go out of stock if the design created too far out before you need your items. Our recommendation to purchase your design package closer to when you need your items, so your proposal is usable for you. If you worried that Collov’s online interior design services may more expensive than other platforms, you may enjoy learning we promise NO markups and offer price matching. If even the lowest price on home décor still seems too high, we can personally shop the perfect replacement to preserve the look’re going for and save you money.
Can I keep my furniture or décor pieces?
Yes! Our designers are happy to design around pieces you already have and cherish, keeping in mind the style of those pieces but also your house goals. Your custom interior design will be cohesive, and we promise everything will exist together in harmony. This additional service is $18 per item! Just sure to provide them before your designer starts making your 3D online interior design rendering or before your mood board approved.
How long does it take for my online interior design service to completed?
Please allow 3-4 days for Collov to pair your project with a designer who matches your style. Our designers take approximately 3-5 business days to assess your style before sending you mood boards for approval and/or redesigns. Please note that each design package has a different number of redesigns within 14 days:
- 2 days for Kick-Start
- 3 days for Classic
- Luxe has unlimited redesigns and time limits.
Once you approve a mood board, your design lead will work with your dream team to create a custom, crazy-lifelike 3D online interior design of your exact home and as a 360-degree walking tour of your new space with multiple furniture and home décor options. This online interior design service takes about 5-7 days with periodical check-ins. You’ll also get a full, easy-to-shop shopping list where you can purchase the items in your design right from our platform in one quick check-out. Plus, you can always check status of project going to Project Dashboard once project has been submitted.
Can I pick and choose items to buy in my custom interior design, or do I have to buy everything?
You can absolutely pick and choose items! We understand people often buy furniture in phases. When you hit “Purchase” at the bottom of your Design Proposal, you’ll shown your entire shopping list. Feel free to remove anything you don’t want to buy, and checkout with everything you do want to buy in one simple checkout.
Will I have a chance to speak to my designer?
Yes! You will have a one-on-one meeting with your designer to discuss design preferences and any specifics about your online interior design service.
